The location was amazing! Very close to the park that surrounds the city. Also close to restaurants, churches, coffee shops, the post office and the bus/trolley system. Would definitely stay there again. The room was basic, very clean, and safe for travelers that are not familiar with Poland. The manager was very friendly; he let us in and saw us out when we left. He was friendly and informative.

Spotless, great big comfortable bed, shower was very powerful and hot which was great after long days outside. Very welcoming hosts too who was very informative. Apartment is in a great location and for my first solo holiday I was really glad I stayed where I did.

We were delighted with everything , far exceeded our expectations. Excellent location near the square and ideally located in the Old Town . Lovely spacious room , spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The owners / staff we very friendly and really helpful. Would absolutely recommend

The room was better than i expected, spacious, warm and cosy. The hotel is just off the main square, so great location to get around the city. Mohammed wad great, he supported us to make local calls to troubleshoot with our taxis and excursions. He gave tips on the local sites and how to get there. He allowed us to atay in the room 2 hours after check out without extra charge

In an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Market Square. Clean room, with a fridge & comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

It was my second stay in the apartment. I was greeted with open arms and welcomed as long not seen friend. I felt there at home. Also, the location is brilliant, right in the centre of Krakow.
